To avoid damage during transport and for technical reasons, please use only the original packaging to return your KWS device. If not packaged, this will be renewed for a fee of € 15,– net.
If this packaging is no longer available for you, we can send you a replacement in advance and then put it on the bill.
By submitting several measuring devices in one packaging, we would like to inform you that the return of each device is done individually in a new paid packaging.
