Press release: AND Solution takes over KWS Electronic

Software meets Hardware: On November 1st KWS Electronic became a new member of the group of companies around AND Solution, the software specialist from Munich. “KWS Electronic Test Equipment GmbH” is the name of the new company that takes over the business. The contracts are in place and both companies have agreed on a takeover that will ensure the immediate and unrestricted continuation of operations.

“From the beginning of the search for an investor, AND Solution was our preferred partner,” says Philipp Schenk, grandson of the company founder, who, together with Robert Alexander Neuberger of AND Solution, is the managing director of the new company.

“Of course, we have known AND Solution for many years as a provider of internationally successful software for network planning and documentation of the same name. This fits perfectly—we will both benefit from this collaboration. After all, we often address the same market participants.”
